Meander Cat are born of the Utah desert land. Being on the river, in the canyons, and floating the Colorado under many
full moons, has inspired their carefree, folk rock sound. The lyrical imagery of “a raven on the deck, heron on the bow”
coupled with Lenore McDonough’s lilting vibrato and Jasper Groff’s Deadhead guitar style, give the full effect of true
desert nomads, without a care in the world.
